By accessing or purchasing from www.wildpawssa.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
WildPawsSA is an online pet supplies retailer operating in South Africa. All transactions are subject to South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008.
2. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Eligible returns: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-returnable items: Perishable goods (e.g. pet food, treats), opened hygiene products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
- Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wildpawssa.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Contact us immediately at support@wildpawssa.com.
- After dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered (see Refund Policy above).
- Custom or special orders: These are non-cancellable once confirmed.
4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery areas: We currently deliver within South Africa only.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN): 3–5 business days
- Regional/rural areas: 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
- Delays: WildPawsSA is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, assist in resolving any issues.
- Failed deliveries: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery fees may apply.
5. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes and will not be sold to third parties. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
