Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Times

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days
Remote & Outlying Areas: 10–20 business days
Express Delivery: Available on selected products and locations (where applicable)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier processing, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance (where applicable), or other unforeseen delays.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This helps ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your delivery online.
